To download the audio file and burn your own CD, right click on the "Download" link and choose "Save Target As..." navigate to your Desktop, or My Music folder, and choose Save. To listen at your computer, click "Stream."

To view the video file, first choose your connection speed, then enjoy. To view video files you will need the  Windows Media player or player plugin.
